There are three main ways I incorporate essential oils into my daily routine. The most effective way to receive the therapeutic benefits is by direct inhalation, usually with a drop or two in the palms of the hands and inhaled deeply through the nose and mouth. The second use is by topical application diluted with organic coconut oil, typically for pain-related and antiseptic and antibacterial essential oils applied where needed. Some essential oils can be used internally as a supplement, either in a drink or inside of a clear veggie capsule, both of which have shown to be highly effective for aiding the digestive and immune systems. Young Living also offers whole food vitamins, and supplements for enzymes, antioxidants, mental health, and all of the systems of the body.
